I've been enjoying having them all to myself and will be loath to see them go off into the world. I wonder if they'll be as easy to bribe then as they are now. I don’t even want to think about the day my babies turn 18. I’ve been enjoying having them all to myself and will be loath to see them go off into the world. I still have 4 kids all under 10. I can't imagine them reaching adulthood at this point. It's a plus if they all make it through the day unscathed. I'm dreading the day my eldest daughter asks for purple hair, my son wants a tattoo or one of them wants to change their name (yeah, I asked my parents all of these things). My 9 year old has already asked for his own iPhone!! I try to live each day as it comes. Time has already flown by so fast from when they were babies. It will be here before I know it! We keep telling her, "Just a few more months, we're booting you out of the house." It's frightening, and kind of sad, to think that in just a few months, she could legally live on her own.
