Again, I assume some of us are sweating small stuff today. Getting kids to events right on time, then suddenly noticing an ice cream stain in the center of their new shirt. Lost jackets and swim suits. For the third time this week. Heroes who won’t cooperate. Shoes that don’t fit/match/look right anymore.
Just let it go. Just for today. Why? Cuz of this.
So, there ya go. If you’re not landing on the moon today, you can probably let it go.

I got chills.
Neil Armstrong was 38–my age.
So what if I haven’t landed on the moon yet. I have no doubt one or both of my girls could!
Thanks for the reminder, kiddo. off to not sweat the small stuff.
((hugs))

I got chills too! Esp. when I was listening to the audio in my car this morning; for some reason, that was packed more wallop than the video. It’s hearing people’s voices that really gets me, and thinking about what it must have felt like, back in 1969, to witness this transformational event.
